On your way you will see your driver holding a sign with your name on it.Depending on actual airport the exact place where your driver will be might be different, but rest assured that your driver knows how to place himself where you can see him.Please contact your driver as soon as possible.There were some passengers who let their driver wait while they went for a cup of coffee or a smoke.Again - let your driver know that you have in fact arrived, then do whatever you need to do.If you don\'t do like this, your driver might think that you haven\'t boarded a plane at all, and he might leave the airport. In that case contact our call center immediately.
All prices on our web site are final, no additional costs. Also if Your plane is delayed we will not charge You extra.
No, this is a private transfer booked for yourself only, except if You decide to share it with someone, but that is up to You.

If your flight is delayed, don't worry, your driver will wait for you. All flights are monitored for delays, to ensure your driver will be waiting for you at the exact time. Our services are door-to-door. We will take you directly to the address you give when you make your reservation.
Each passenger is permitted to bring the standard suitcase or travel bag, and one piece of hand luggage the same size that is allowed in airline traffic, a total of two pieces of luggage
